Oh boy, have I got some treats for you today. I was browsing through the interwebs and stumbled upon some seriously ridiculous Craigslist postings for pets and horses. I can't believe people actually put these up there. But hey, it's a good thing for us because we get to laugh at them.

Are you in the market for a puppy? Well, look no further because Craigslist has got you covered. This posting out of Ohio promises you the cutest little pups around. Sure, they may be lacking in the purebred department, but who needs that when you can have a bundle of joy like this running around your home.

According to the ad, these little guys are "full of energy and guaranteed to put a smile on your face." Sounds like a pretty good deal, right? But wait, there's more. The best part about these puppies is that they are "great with kids and other animals." So not only do you get a new furry friend, but you also get a built-in babysitter. I mean, what more could you ask for?

But hold on just a second. Before you go rushing to Craigslist to snatch up one of these little angels, there are a few things you should know. First of all, the ad mentions that they are "almost potty trained." Uh, almost? That's not exactly a ringing endorsement. And secondly, there is no mention of what breed these puppies actually are. They're just described as "some kind of mongrel mix." So basically, you're getting a mystery dog that may or may not pee all over your house. Sounds like a steal to me.

Craigslist Horses

If puppies aren't your thing, how about a horse? Yes, you read that correctly. Craigslist has horses for sale. And boy, are they something else. Take this horse, for example. According to the ad, it's a "beautiful mare that is perfect for any level of rider." That's all well and good, but then they go on to mention that she is "blind in one eye." Call me crazy, but I think that might be kind of important information when it comes to selling a horse. I mean, how is she supposed to navigate the world with only one eye?

But wait, there's more. The ad also states that this mare is "sometimes difficult to catch." So not only can she not see out of one eye, but she also doesn't like being caught. Sounds like a real winner. And yet, the seller is asking for a pretty penny for this horse. I don't know about you, but I think I'll pass on this one.

And it's not just this one horse that's a little questionable. There are postings for horses that are "unrideable" or "require an experienced rider." I don't know about you, but if I'm going to spend money on a horse, I want it to be able to ride it. Call me crazy.

So there you have it, folks. The wonderful world of Craigslist pets and horses. I don't know about you, but I think I'll stick to my goldfish for now.
